FAQ

What is your cancellation notice requirement?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and gives our stylists the opportunity to offer the time slot to another guest.
We ask that you please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows our stylist the opportunity to book other clients and better serve you.

Clients canceling less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the total service amount. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for you continued support and understanding!

What is the cancellation fee?

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be applied. This fee supports our stylists, who set aside dedicated time specifically for your appointment.

Our clients mean so much to us, and we’re truly grateful for the trust you place in our team. This policy helps ensure fairness for both clients and stylists by minimizing lost time and allowing us to accommodate as many guests as possible. Thank you for your continued support and understanding!
